Mini Case Study: Harrier Park

Harrier Park, Hucknall is a joint venture between Rolls-Royce and Muse Developments.

The 67-acre site offers space to industrial and distribution businesses, as well as new homes, and sits adjacent to the Rolls Royce facility, with Rolls-Royce being one of the most recognised names in engineering in the world.

From the early 1930s to 2008 Rolls-Royce conducted flight tests and engine development at Hucknall Aerodrome; including the world’s first vertical take-off and landing flight, which led to the technological development of the Harrier jump jet.

Wildflower Turf Ltd has recently started supplying turf to the development site, with an initial delivery of just over 3,500m² of our Shade Tolerant turf to the project.

As this project progresses, we will keep you updated and we look forward to sharing some images of this exciting project with you in due course.
