Delivery

UK Mainland Delivery

We deliver across mainland UK on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Orders must be placed at least 3 working days before your desired delivery date.

Delivery Times: 8:30 AM – 5PM, unless otherwise specified.

Delivery Information:

  • We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.
  • We recommend receiving your delivery the day before you plan to lay the turf to avoid any potential issues.
  • Timed or dedicated delivery services are available upon request (call for details).
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the product type, location, and availability.
  • A signature is required for delivery. Undelivered parcels due to no signatory will be returned to the depot, and a redelivery fee will apply.
Important: You are responsible for ensuring clear delivery access. Please refer to our delivery guidance notes to confirm the appropriate delivery vehicle. Wildflower Turf Ltd does not take responsibility for mis-information.

Delivery to Remote Areas

Deliveries to the Channel Islands and Isle of Man, are seed-only and require a separate quote. You can either:

  • Call us for a personalised quote on delivery with a parcel haulier.
  • Arrange your own haulier to collect your order from one of our farms.

Track My Order

If your delivery is through our nationwide pallet delivery service, you will receive text message updates on the day of delivery.

Collection & Delivery FAQs

What happens if I miss my delivery?

If no one is available at your address to take delivery and the products cannot be left in a safe place, delivery will need to be arranged at an additional cost (see our T&Cs for details).
If you do not re-arrange delivery. If you do not collect your order from us as arranged or if, after a failed delivery to you, you do not rearrange delivery or collect your order from a delivery depot, we will contact you for further instructions and may charge you for storage or re-laying cost and any further delivery costs (see our T&Cs for details).

Can I collect my order from a farm?

Yes, you can collect your order from our Hampshire, Shropshire, or Yorkshire farms on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays for FREE. However, this needs to be arranged and your order needs to be paid for in advance.

How quickly can I get delivery to mainland UK?

We typically require a week’s notice for delivery, with payment at least 3 working days prior. This timeframe may vary depending on haulier availability, delivery method, and stock levels. Contact us directly for inquiries about deliveries outside mainland UK or Europe.

What days do you deliver?

Deliveries are made Tuesday to Thursday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (curbside only). We recommend receiving your delivery a day before laying the turf to avoid any delays.

What are the delivery costs?

Delivery costs are based on your postcode. Call us for information on timed or dedicated delivery services.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to mainland UK. Contact us for inquiries about deliveries outside mainland UK or Europe.

How will my order be packaged?

Wildflower Turf®: Palletized
Meadowscape Pro™: 1m² or 2m³ bulk bags
MeadowSow™: Sacks (size varies)
We can provide alternative packaging methods upon request.

Can I choose the delivery or collection date of my order?

Yes, call us to confirm availability for your preferred date of delivery or collection.

Do you offer next-day delivery?

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate next-day deliveries due to our farm operations. We require a minimum of three working days’ notice to process your order.

What happens if I can't receive or collect my order?

We understand that plans can change. You can cancel or modify your order up to three working days before your scheduled collection or delivery date without penalty. However, if you provide less than three working days’ notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of your order total may apply. This is because our wildflower turf and MeadowScape Pro products are perishable and require careful handling.

What to do if a delivery has not arrived within the agreed delivery time?

1] Phone the sales office (open between 8.30am and 5pm) for an update 01256 771 222.
2] In the event that the delivery has not arrived as agreed, the customer service team will contact the delivery contractor directly and report back to you with updates of delivery time, in most cases within 30 minutes of your initial call.
3] In the event that there is an unavoidable delay in getting the product to you, we will liaise with the delivery contractor on your behalf and keep you updated by email or phone until the product has arrived at the intended destination.
4] If the issues are not resolved then you are entitled to make a formal complaint.
