Wildflower Turf Finisher has been developed to deliver the highest possible standard of finish to an area of Wildflower Turf®.

This product has been developed as a result of feedback from established landscape contractors looking for a complementary product that helps deliver a cost effective top quality finish to newly-laid areas of Wildflower Turf®.

Key Product Points

  • Wildflower Turf Finisher is used to fill joins, edges and small gaps for Wildflower Turf® projects.
  • The Wildflower Turf Finisher will come in 20kg bags and will cover an area of approx. 2-5m2 per bag.
  • The pre-seeded growing medium uses a standard group of UK native wild flower species only (no grass) that will be found in most locations nationwide.

Typical Applications:

  • Eradicates or limits wastage of the Wildflower Turf® product particularly in complex laying areas around other plants/trees or in defined shapes where unusual shaped gaps are created.
  • Fills any open joins between turf slabs where necessary.
  • Creates neat edging.

Application advice

  • Prepare the ground as normal for Wildflower Turf installation.
  • Apply to edges and joins at 40-50mm in depth and no more than 250mm in width, before treading in.
  • Can be used to dress any very small bare patches that might have been created
  • Water area thoroughly using a fine rose head for good coverage of water that is quickly absorbed.
  • The product can be applied during or after the installation of Wildflower Turf®.
  • The product should be used within 3 days of arrival at site.

Award-winning biodiversity experts Wildflower Turf Ltd hopes to ‘bee’ the difference that will make the Bumblebee Conservation Trust’s wildlife-friendly garden a winner at this year’s RHS Chelsea Flower Show.
