Damages & issues
If there’s a problem with your order, don’t hesitate to reach out! We’re here to help. When your delivery arrives, please inspect it closely. If you find any issues, take pictures right away so we can see the condition upon arrival.
Important note: the legal right to cancel or return orders because you have changed your mind does not apply to perishable goods such as plants
